Basic Info:

  • A carpark is a city block without any buildings, used before the apocalypse for parking cars. If any cars remain, they are apparently unusable.
  • This is an empty block, and cannot be barricaded.

This three story two block car park was almost completely destroyed during the evacuation. During the massive panic that ensued when the evacuation helicopters that were supposed to rescue civilians off of the roof of the carpark were diverted to rescue top ranking officials, a fire was inadvertently set which eventually reached a large gasoline tanker truck on the bottom level. The resulting explosion immolated hundreds and split the carpark in two.
