Description

Sirl Plaza is an open street located in the suburb of Pescodside, overlooking the suburb of Dulston to the north. As of March 2006 the revive point at this location became inactive, having been closed down by public opinion. All patients (i.e. zombies) seeking revivification should instead travel south to Mermagen Street (94,14) or Otto Street (91,16) in order to be revived.

Revive Point

Sirl Plaza is not a revive point anymore.

Though not much to look at, and affording little safety from the zombie hordes, Sirl Plaza was at one time designated an unofficial revivification point by staff working from the Waish Building, a NecroTech facility just to the south of the plaza. Unfortunately as the zombie threat in the area diminished survivors became less and less discriminating about which zombies they killed, including those that happened to be standing at the plaza. Due to Sirl Plaza's close proximity to Treweeke Mall and Pegrum Place PD, zombies often awaiting revival would usually instead be gunned down by vigilante survivors from either of these locations.

When the Sons of Korhal were based in the suburb they did occasionally revive zombies found standing here, but as they did not patrol the street all that often back then revives were uncommon. Of course if a survivor is revived here they can still head to Treweeke Mall in Dulston or the nearby hospitals - St. Ninian's Hospital (90,15) to the west or St. Bartholomew's Hospital (98,14) to the east - for further attention post-revivification.

Current Events

March 23rd, 2006 - There has been some grumbling heard from the direction of the Waish Building since Sirl Plaza has been deactivated as a revivification point. It is assumed that one of the disgruntled nearby louts was responsible for spraypainting a slanderous message against dedicated NecroTech scientist Caleb Usher onto the sidewalk at Sirl. When Yves N. Ovelt noticed the message he sprayed over it to preserve the dignity of his acquaintance.
