This is a long overdue page for tips that should be found in my ages old suggestion, "Tips in Books"

Please, feel free to add any tips here that you feel should go in this book. By the way...make the tips understandable. Like...make it a sentence. I am planning to hand this to Kevan when a decent amount of tips have been reached. Please remember, no spam! Any good tips that are spam, I may have to revise it.

Might I add that any tips that are spam you might have added may get struck by me? You know what? Sign your posts. Makes it easier for me to tell who I have to kill for putting up spammy tips. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 02:57, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

Survivor Tips

  • Don't install a genny in your safehouse if your safehouse happens to have no useful items.
  • Don't listen to the radio. If it tells you there is fresh donuts, coffee, and karaoke, they're probably lying.
  • Radio Karaoke is your friend. It lightens the mood and calms tension in this sad, sad situation. Spam does not.
  • Face+Pavement+Tall Building=Dead guy.-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 02:59, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
  • A mall is the best place for supplies.
  • Although malls are a great resource point, they are also the prowling grounds of the common PKer.-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 03:09, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
  • You can't enter ruined buildings without taking down the barricades first, even if the barricades are Very Strongly. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 03:13, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Stay mobile. A Stalwart Defender is also a Dead Defender.-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 03:27, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
  • FAKs are very useful for healing Infections. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 11:07, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Carrying multiple loaded guns at one time saves time from reloading, at the cost of less available space for things like FAKs.-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 01:40, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
  • When entering the street from your EHB safehouse, make sure there's a VSB building nearby so you can freerun back. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 11:45, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Calling yourself neo, or whatever and reffering to yourself as a tall broding guy in a trenchcoat, or in fact including treanchcoats, or unrealistic weopon descriptions in your profile will get you killed, either by zombies or other survivors. --SeventythreeTalk 11:06, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Don't be a n00b. They tend to be targeted by PKers more often. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 22:23, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Nothing in the game is ever a clear choice. For example, you may think firearms are better than axes, but firearms require ammuntion that can only be found in a few places, wheras an axe stays with you forever. Similarly while a generator supplies light and power for your radio it also acts as a beacon to any large froups of zombies in the area.--SeventythreeTalk 22:29, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Be careful with what you say on the radios. You'll never know who's listening. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 22:39, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Thanks to a little skill known as the scent trail skill tree, zombies can tell where someone is who interacted with them. For this reason, leaving a safehouse to go out into the street to take potshots at zombies is stupid in the extreme, unless you are 100% certain you can kill the zombie you are attacking. If the zombie you just took a chunk out of is a member of a large group then you and your trenchcoating gun-toting little buddies may well be getting a little visit from a zombie horde, thanks to the zombies following you back to "fortrezzz Hurr!"--SeventythreeTalk 14:49, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

Zombie Tips

  • Almost all Survivors have headshot, so get used to having 5 or fifteen less AP daily.
  • Follow feeding groans.
  • Stay in large hordes. It makes you harder to kill.
  • Lit buildings usually indicate that there are survivors staying inside.
  • Don't use pipes or other blunt weapons.-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 02:59, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Flares are commonly used as distraction against zombies, so don't follow them on a whim.-- dǝǝɥs ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 03:28, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Brain Rot is a good skill if you wish to remain a zombie, but don't buy it if you have plans to get revived. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 10:36, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Don't hang around revive points for a free meal unless you have brainrot. Sure those tasty little walking happy meals come out every now and then, but mostly they just stick nasty needles in you--SeventythreeTalk 22:18, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
  • If you're a zombie with few, or no zombie skills, it's best to let other zombies take down the cades. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 22:22, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Learn to metagame. Zombie orgonisation is impossible without it. --SeventythreeTalk 14:45, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Once you first break into a building, go for the generator and radio first. Cut off the survivor's bonuses to search rates. Especially inside a mall or hospital.
    • If you are running low on AP once you break into a building, infect everyone - it will cost them more AP to heal everyone than it takes you to bite everyone. --Ducis DuxSlothTalk 21:20, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
